What Blogs Do I Follow?

I recently received an email asking what blogs I follow. I thought it best to list them out. These are my go to resources.

Here are my Top Five marketing blogs that I personally follow:

  1. HUBSPOT

HubSpot pretty much started the inbound marketing movement and they are absolutely GIANTS in the marketing universe. There are two areas I would suggest following - Marketing and Sales. They post at least three times a day and have many guest blog writers who other different perspectives.

  2. CONTENT MARKETING INSTITUE

CMI posts frequently. I am personally a big fan of their “This week in content marketing” series. This section speaks to the most recent news and event as it relates to content marketing. Other more popular blogs on their site are “Current Hits” and “All Time Hits”

  3. AUTOPILOT

This is the blog you want to reach is you are trying to build great marketing automation where you can automate the customer journey, visually.

  4. DISRUPTIVE ADVERTISING

This paid search and conversion rate optimization agency has analyzed over $800 million worth of ad spend in their lifetime. Disruptive Advertising boasts they have audited over 2,000 Google Ads accounts per year in recent years and learned that only 12% of keywords produce revenue! With that kind of detailed analysis, you can trust they know what works — and what doesn’t work in digital advertising.

  5. ADWEEK

Adweek is by far my favorite site. Adweek posts breaking news in Advertising, Media and Technology. They include roundups on everything print, digital, event, podcast, newsletter, social media and apps. If you only visit one site, this is the one I recommend!

You will have noticed I haven’t been posting a lot. This isn’t because I don’t want to, I am seven months into an MBA program . Since I signed up for an intense program, my time outside of work has been spent cultivating new ideas in this program. But don’t worry, I’ll be back!
